“CIS have worked with Guildhouse-Rosepride as energy and sustainability assessors on the Cairo Place development in Croydon. The design of the development has gone through a number of amendments and alterations when liaising with the GLA and the London Borough of Croydon. Throughout these developments CIS have provided updated details related to energy demand, consumption and carbon dioxide emissions. The guidance from CIS has allowed us to ensure the development meets emissions targets in a logical and cost effective manner. The proposed solution for reducing emissions at Cairo Place involves the use of energy efficiency measures, CHP and ASHP’s. Guildhouse-Rosepride are pleased with the support provided and the energy strategy produced which has helped towards Cairo Place gaining planning permission.
