CIS are working with a local authority to support their ambitious target of becoming carbon neutral by 2025. The project includes building a detailed property evidence pack and identifying distinct interventions that the local authority can implement to become more energy efficient and drive carbon saving measures. Using the experience within CIS we have assessed fabric improvement opportunities, sustainability measures and renewable energy options based on technically feasible and commercially viable solution.
