BRE have advised that BREEAM UK New Construction 2014 will be closing for new registrations shortly. Registrations must be submitted before March 2018. Projects registered after this time will need to be assessed under a new version of BREEAM (BREEAM New Construction 2018 – to be launched later this year) which will result in changes to the credit requirements and in some areas will be more challenging.
